We support children aged 7 17 who have experienced loss, instability or trauma, helping them rebuild trust, confidence and hope through trauma-informed, PACE-based practice. The Opportunity:  This is a hands-on HR role where you ll support managers, improve processes and help bring our HR function in-house. You ll work closely with senior leaders and the Talent team to ensure HR practices are compliant, consistent and support a positive working culture.
