This is a pivotal leadership role within People Services, helping to bring together two organisations following a large-scale acquisition, while creating a more consistent, efficient and future-ready colleague experience. Leading a specialist team and partnering with HR, Payroll, HR Technology and Centres of Excellence, you''ll drive operational excellence, simplify and harmonise processes, and maximise the value of data and technology. We offer a hybrid working set up, with 3 days per week in our UK Head Office in Northampton.
