About the role We''re looking for a new HR Lead to build on our existing policies and processes and take our inclusive, and high-performing culture to the next stage. As HR Lead, you will be integrated across the organisation, working at both strategic and operational levels to develop our people practices. You will have experience across the HR spectrum but will be especially skilled at coaching managers, undertaking employee relations casework, recruitment, developing organisational culture, and implementing equity, diversity and inclusion within HR practices. Your ability to build trusting relationships with a wide range of people will set you apart, as will your passion for the work we do.
