This is a pivotal role sitting between HR and IT, turning business requirements into practical system solutions and meaningful workforce insights. You''ll be responsible for ensuring our HR systems are effectively maintained and evolved, while providing high-quality reporting and analysis that supports decision-making at every level of the organisation, including senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders. This role goes far beyond producing reports.
