My client, a national services based business are looking for an HR helpdesk team leader for their site in Manchester.
This role will involve overseeing a team of HR administrators taking calls from the wider business on Employment Law and Employee Relations queries.-
You will need the following experience:
- Employment Law
- Employee Relations
- Running a help desk team
- Using a ticketing system
- RTW/DBS/Reference checking system
- HRIS
- Experience with high volume calls within a regulated sector
- CIPD qualified
