We are working with a well-established, forward-thinking organisation looking to appoint an experienced HR Generalist to join their team in a highly visible and influential role.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys operating both strategically and operationally, with the chance to work closely with senior leadership and support a multi-site, international workforce.The RoleAs a trusted HR partner, you will:Provide generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycleLead on Employee Relations (ER) cases, offering expert guidance and ensuring best practicePartner with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and drive business outcomesSupport and advise on HR matters across UK and European entitiesContribute to HR projects, policies, and continuous improvement initiativesOccasionally travel to UK service centres and European locationsKey RequirementsMinimum 5 years experience in a generalist HR roleIdeally CIPD Level 5 qualifiedStrong, hands-on Employee Relations expertiseExperience supporting multi-site operations, ideally including EuropeAbility to build credibility and influence senior leadershipUp-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practiceAdditional European language skills (e.g. French, German, Spanish) would be advantageousCommercially minded with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approachWhy Apply?Opportunity to play a key role in shaping HR strategyHigh level of exposure to senior ..... full job details .....
