      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Reed HR are working alongside a Not for Profit Establishment based in West London, who are recruiting for an experienced HR Generalist on a 12 month fixed term contract.  This role is hybrid. You will initially be expected to travel into the office 4 days per week and work from home 1 day per week.  Job Summary The HR Generalist will be responsible for delivering a range of HR services across the employee lifecycle for the business. From recruitment and onboarding to leading on employee relations, supporting managers with performance management and co-delivering on a variety of people projects. Working closely with and reporting into the Head of HR and Operations, this role will support the HR function specifically, ensuring processes are efficient, policies are up to date and be an approachable point of contact for managers and employees.
