HR Generalist

Up to £45,000 per annumPermanent Full-Time Onsite An established and growing organisation is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join its HR team. This opportunity has arisen due to a planned maternity leave, and the business is looking to appoint someone who can ensure a smooth handover and provide ongoing HR support across the organisation. Reporting initially to the Senior HR Manager, with future reporting lines into a newly appointed Head of HR, you will play a key role in supporting managers and employees across a dynamic operational environment. A strong background in Employee Relations is essential. The Opportunity This is a hands-on generalist HR role offering exposure across the full employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will partner with managers to provide pragmatic HR advice, drive best practice, and support a positive employee experience. Whilst the role covers all aspects of HR, a significant focus will be on managing Employee Relations matters confidently and independently. Key Responsibilities Employee Relations Manage a range of ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, capability, performance and investigations. Provide guidance to managers on employment law and HR best practice. Support employee wellbeing initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
