We''re partnering with a growing and ambitious looking for an Interim HR Generalist who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact across a diverse portfolio of businesses. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. One moment you''ll be supporting a recruitment campaign, the next coaching People Advisors through employee relations matters, delivering management training, or helping to embed people processes within newly acquired businesses. What we''re looking for You''ll be a proactive and confident HR professional who enjoys taking ownership and delivering high-quality outcomes in a busy environment. You''ll have: Proven HR generalist experience at People Manager, HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor level. CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent). Experience working within fast-paced, growing SME environments. Strong employee relations knowledge and the ability to provide practical, commercially focused HR advice. Experience coaching and supporting junior HR colleagues. Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
