The role will focus on employee relations, performance management, recruitment and retention, and learning and development, ensuring HR policies and processes are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation and company values.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations (ER)Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR queriesProvide advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including absence management, conduct, capability and performance issuesSupport and manage disciplinary, grievance and absence processes, ensuring fair and consistent outcomesEnsure employment policies and procedures are followed and kept up to date in line with current legislationPerformance Management and AppraisalsCoordinate and support the annual appraisal and performance review processAssist managers in setting objectives and reviewing performanceProvide guidance on development needs arising from appraisalsTrack appraisal completion and maintain accurate recordsRecruitment and RetentionSupport end-to-end recruitment activities, including drafting job descriptions, advertising roles, screening applications and coordinating ..... full job details .....
