      <description>Location: Ipswich | Salary: 35000.00-35000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | HR Generalist Full-time office-based role  Salary £35,000-£40,000 We are recruiting for an experienced HR Generalist to join a busy, site-based Human Resources team within a well-established manufacturing environment. This is a full-time, office-based position offering the opportunity to play a key role in supporting both operational and strategic HR activities across the site. Working closely with managers and employees, you will provide hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle, helping to drive people initiatives, enhance employee engagement and ensure HR best practice is consistently applied. Key Responsibilities  Support the delivery of HR strategies, policies and procedures across the business. Partner with managers to provide practical HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, absence, conduct and capability matters.
