HR Generalist
HR Generalist (ER Focused) Hybrid, North Essex Up to 55,000pa 1 Year Fixed Term Contract Pure are delighted to be working on a unique opportunity that has arisen for an experienced HR Generalist with strong Employee Relations expertise to join a well-established, purpose-driven organisation on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in managing complex ER casework, supporting managers, and stabilising HR operations within a fast-paced environment. You will bring structure, confidence, and pace to a busy function while helping lay the foundations for future improvements. Key Responsibilities Employee Relations and Case ManagementLead and manage a high volume of complex ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and capability mattersProvide clear, pragmatic, and legally sound guidance to managersEnsure timely progression of cases with strong documentation and risk managementIdentify trends and provide insights to support continuous improvementManager Coaching and Capability BuildingCoach and support managers in handling people issues effectivelyBuild confidence in applying HR policy and employment lawProvide real-time guidance across performance, conduct, and wellbeing mattersDeliver case debriefs and knowledge-sharing to upskill leadership teamsOperational HR DeliveryProvide accurate and timely advice on HR policies and processesSupport and enhance HR procedures, templates, and toolkitsStep into operational gaps to ..... full job details .....
