HR Generalist

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organised HR Generalist to join their team on a part-time basis, working up to 28 hours per week, to provide maternity cover. Salary 40,000 pro rata. This is a hands-on, operational HR role offering the opportunity to support employees and line managers across the full employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining effective day-to-day HR operations throughout the maternity cover period, ensuring managers and employees receive a consistent, responsive and practical HR service. As HR Generalist, you will work closely with employees, line managers and senior stakeholders, providing timely and accurate HR support in line with company policies and procedures. You will take responsibility for a broad range of generalist HR activities, helping to ensure that all day-to-day HR processes continue to run smoothly and efficiently. This role will involve working across two locations, so flexibility and the ability to travel between sites will be required. Hybrid working is also available, offering flexibility to balance time between the office and home, in line with business requirements.
