As part of NOV''s Corporate HR team, you will provide HR guidance and act as a key interface between managers, employees, HR Business Partners, and Shared Services.Leveraging your broad generalist HR knowledge, you will build effective working relationships, influence and coach managers, and support the delivery of core HR processes, employee relations activity, compliance requirements, and administrative HR services.
