HR Generalist Kingswinford £40,000-£48,000 Permanent Full-time Hariley Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Generalist to join an established international business based in Kingswinford. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a hands on, operational role and wants a position where they can work closely with managers, employees and senior leadership across the site. You''ll be joining an established HR team and supporting the wider Kingswinford operation, with plenty of variety and the opportunity to take ownership of a broad range of HR activities. The Role As the HR Generalist, you''ll provide day to day HR advice and guidance across the site, working closely with managers and employees and helping to ensure HR processes and policies are effective and compliant. Your responsibilities will include: Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees Supporting employee relations and absence management Advising on UK employment legislation and HR best practice Maintaining and improving HR policies, processes and procedures Supporting employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives Coordinating recruitment activity and working with external recruitment partners Working closely with HR colleagues across HR systems, Health and Safety and employee development Supporting UK HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives Using HR data and reporting to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement Building ..... full job details .....
