      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | HR Generalist  Our new HR Generalist will play a key role in delivering a major people transformation programme as the organisation transitions to a new operating model. Managing one HR Advisor, the role is responsible for implementing an established people strategy and supporting employees through organisational change. This includes matching employees to new roles, assessing capability against competency frameworks, leading consultation and redundancy processes where required, and ensuring a fair and compliant transition. Working closely with the wider project team and the BAU HR function, the postholder will coordinate people-related activities, manage risks and help ensure a smooth implementation of the future organisational structure.  Responsibilities:   Lead the delivery of workforce transition activities in line with the agreed transformation plan. Manage and support one HR Advisor.
