Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day HR support across EMEA offices
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Advise on employment law and HR policies across jurisdictions
- Support performance management and employee relations
- Maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate on global HR initiatives and projects
Profile
What We''re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role, with EMEA exposure
- Strong understanding of employment legislation across multiple countries
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- CIPD qualification or equivalent preferred
Job Offer
Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite in Sheffield City Centre
Salary: Circa -30,000, depending on experience
