As our HR Generalist, you''ll play a key role in delivering HR services across multiple countries in the EMEA region. You''ll work closely with local teams and leadership to ensure consistent, compliant, and people-focused HR support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day HR support across EMEA offices
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Advise on employment law and HR policies across jurisdictions
• Support performance management and employee relations
• Maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy
• Collaborate on global HR initiatives and projects

Profile

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a generalist HR role, with EMEA exposure
• Strong understanding of employment legislation across multiple countries
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• CIPD qualification or equivalent preferred

Job Offer

Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite in Sheffield City Centre

Salary: Circa -30,000, depending on experience
