Job Title: HR Generalist Job Type: Permenant, Full time Location: Wisbech Rate of pay: £31,000 - £36,000 per annum DOE Are you in HR looking for work?ARC are currently looking for a HR Generalist.We are recruiting for an established, privately owned business with over 40 years experience delivering high-quality services within the social housing sector.We re looking for an experienced HR and Payroll Advisor to join the team and work closely with the Head of HR, managers and senior leadership. This is a varied, hands-on role covering the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations and payroll support. For this position, you must be able to do the following: Provide practical HR advice and support to managers and employees. Lead recruitment for white-collar positions. Manage offers, contracts, onboarding and employee documentation. Maintain accurate and confidential HR records. Support disciplinary, grievance, investigation and absence processes. Assist with appraisals, inductions, interviews and exit interviews. Coordinate annual leave and absence records. Support payroll, including timesheets, overtime, mileage, OOH payments and pensions. Liaise with the outsourced payroll provider and assist with reconciliation. Ensure HR processes remain compliant with current legislation.
