Supporting two operational sites across Glasgow and Inverclyde, you''ll work closely with senior leaders to drive engagement, development, employee experience and business performance. The Opportunity Joining a supportive and highly collaborative HR team, you''ll partner with managers across a diverse operational workforce, providing practical, commercially focused HR advice and guidance. Working closely with the local leadership team, you''ll help shape and deliver key people initiatives, support organisational objectives and contribute to the wider People Plan. While employee relations support forms part of the role, there is significant opportunity to become involved in engagement, development, communications and people projects that directly influence the employee experience.
