HR Generalist

Adecco are recruiting for a HR Generalist for a Local Authority. £24.62 per hour PAYE or £32.17 per hour Umbrella Locations: Twickenham or Wandsworth Working Arrangements: Hybrid Working, 3 days per week in the office Contract: 3 Month Temporary Assignment (Likely Extension) Adecco are recruiting on behalf of our Local Authority client for two HR Generalists to join their team on a temporary basis. As part of an ongoing organisational transformation programme, the HR team requires additional support to help manage day-to-day HR operations and relieve pressure on the Transformation Business Partners. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced HR professionals who can quickly integrate into a busy environment and make an immediate impact. The Role We are seeking proactive and adaptable HR Generalists who can hit the ground running and provide broad HR support across a variety of activities. You will work across the employee lifecycle, supporting managers and stakeholders with operational HR matters while ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
