HR Generalist - 12 Month Contract [15h Left]

Our public sector services client, based in Dublin West, have an exciting requirement for an experienced HR Generalist to join their team, for 12-month contract. The successful candidate will provide HR guidance, support resolution of employee relations issues, analyze HR metrics and improve stakeholder engagement. Hybrid working on offer with 3 days onsite and 2-day WFH.RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED1. Provide HR advice and support to assigned business areas2. Use employment law and policy & procedure knowledge to advise the best solution possible3. Preparation and analysis of HR performance management data to share any requested intel/findings4. Assisting in the development and implementation of organisational change initiatives5. Contribute effectively to the workforce planning as needed6. Advising on recruitment and retention strategies7. Support management to deal with employee relations issues, providing sound advice on any IR issues that may arise8. Manage recruitment processes through all stages, from drafting role specs to candidate selection9. On-boarding and induction processes for all incoming employees10. Support on payroll inputs for the organisation11. Support the probation management process for all employees12. Design and deliver internal training courses as requiredEXPERIENCE REQUIRED1. Third-level qualification in a relevant discipline such as Human Resources or Business/Commerce2. 5+ years relevant HR experience3. A full Category B driving licence4. Public Sector experience would be desirable but not essential5. Industrial Relations experience (Highly Desirable)6. Strong verbal and written communication skills7.
