HR Expert People Partner 750/day Inside IR35 6 Months Initial Contract Berkshire Hybrid 2 days in the office / 3 days WFH Transformation Project Organisation Design Group Function CPD CIPD Our client is seeking a HR expert to be part of a large transformation project where you will work across the entire HR function focusing on Group Functions to develop, execute and govern the company''s people strategy. To be successful in this role you will have previous experience of working on large scale people / HR transformation and organisation design projects. This role would best suit previous experiences of working in a large / corporate environment. Essential experience required: Strong generalist strategic People background, with experience delivering people related activities across a wide range of HR subject matters - requires strong experience in OD, and transformationExperience of working in generalist HR in a complex, matrix organisation - ideally experienced working within Group FunctionsExcellent communication skills; articulate, compelling, engaging and a highly inclusive mannerProven experience in contributing to the development of the overall business strategy and vision, and in influencing strategic decisions at board level which have business-wide implicationsStrong influencing and communication skills, at all levels including board and executive committee and key external stakeholders.
