HR Executive (Part-Time) Location: Glastonbury, Somerset (Office Based)Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 FTE (Pro Rata)Working Pattern: 3 Days Per Week Butler Rose is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a well-established and growing care organisation to recruit an experienced HR Executive. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of the HR function and work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, helping shape the people strategy across a multi-site business. This standalone position will suit a confident and commercially minded HR professional who enjoys operating autonomously while building strong relationships across all levels of an organisation. The Role As HR Executive, you will act as the organisation''s HR lead, providing expert advice, guidance and support on all people-related matters. You''ll play a key role in ensuring the business remains compliant, engaged and well-positioned for future growth. Key responsibilities will include: Leading the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to performance management and employee exits. Advising managers on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations and capability issues. Managing HR policies, procedures and employment contracts, ensuring compliance with current legislation. Overseeing sponsorship licence administration and visa compliance processes.
