Key Responsibilities Lead complex Employee Relations cases from start to finish. Advise managers on employment law, HR policy and best practice. Coach leaders to effectively manage people issues. Drive consistency, quality and continuous improvement across ER processes. Build strong stakeholder relationships and support organisational change. Essential Experience Extensive Employee Relations casework experience. Strong knowledge of UK employment law. Experience handling complex and sensitive employee matters. Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders. Excellent communication and coaching skills.
