What You Will Do Advise and Support: Lead phone and Teams consultations with business owners on contracts, letters, and employee guidance. Document Architecture: Review and draft legally compliant policies (aligned with the latest standards) protecting both employer and employee. Tech Enablement: Guide clients through our HR software, using data insights to deliver proactive support. Own Cases: Take end-to-end responsibility for client queries, building long-term working relationships. What You Need Background in HR Administration, a CIPD qualification, or foundational Employment Law knowledge. Sharp attention to detail and high organisational drive for a fast-paced environment.
