      <description>Location: Cambridge | Salary: 70000.00-70000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | We are seeking a HR Director for our client to take ownership of the UK People strategy and lead the function into its next chapter  This is a genuinely broad, high-impact role. The UK business operates autonomously often leading international HR initiatives, so you''ll have real license to shape the function and make the role your own.  You''ll be part of the Leadership Team and lead a UK HR team. While the role is strategic in nature, you''ll be working within a flat, hands-on organisation - day-to-day operational tasks are managed by the wider HR team, freeing you up to focus on strategy, culture, and driving change, while staying close enough to the business to know what''s really going on.
