This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the senior leadership team and drive the people agenda for this aspiring organisation. Acting as a trusted advisor to the Directors and leadership teams, the HR Director will align the people strategy with business objectives while ensuring robust governance, compliance, and a culture built on accountability, professionalism, and safety. The HR Director will lead the HR function, supported by 3 direct reports (one of whom is a Health and Safety Manager).
