HR Director, Exciting FandB Operation A GBP 130,000 London. This role is London-based, overseeing the HR function across the UK, managing a team of six, and based at Head Office. The opportunity is with a UK hospitality business active in the London restaurant and bar scene, undergoing growth and expansion with 56 restaurants and bars.Responsibilities

Assist with the management of all budgets in line with financial procedures and manage the HR budget effectivelySupport new openings, onboarding, structure, and staffing as key prioritiesManage and resolve all ER issues across the businessLead the Head Office HR team and work closely with the Operational teamEnsure the development, maintenance, and review of efficient HR administration systems that provide a high-quality and compliant service to managers and staffReview, adjust, implement, and manage all aspects of remuneration, bonuses, and benefitsDevelop, implement, and communicate effective performance management systems to maximise people potentialSupport the Operations department to ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and maintain an optimal working environmentDemonstrate an understanding of restaurant and kitchen operations, adapting as required to fulfil the roleQualifications
