This is a practical, delivery-focused role where you will work closely with housing managers and frontline teams to embed HR policies, support confident people management and improve consistency in behaviour, conduct and workforce practice. What You'll Be Doing Partner with Housing Services managers on professional standards, behaviour, conduct and workforce practice. Support managers to handle supervision, capability, conduct and performance conversations with confidence and consistency. Provide practical HR guidance aligned with housing regulatory expectations, including the Social Housing Competence and Conduct Standard.
