This is an exciting opportunity for a systems-focused HR professional to take ownership of the organisation''s HR systems function, driving continuous improvement, data integrity, reporting capability, and system optimisation.   Your new role  Reporting to the Head of HR, you will lead the development, maintenance and optimisation of the organisation''s HR information system, ensuring it supports both operational delivery and wider strategic objectives. Working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Digital teams and key stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing system functionality, improving processes and driving data-led decision-making across the business.
