HR Data, Insights and Reward Manager
The HR Data, Insights andamp; Reward Manager is a key role within the People andamp; Culture team . This position is responsible for leading all aspects of workforce analytics, HR systems and data, and reward functions. You will manage a small team and work closely with the HR Senior Leadership Team, People Operations, and Employee Experience teams to deliver data-driven insights, maintain robust reward structures, and lead digital transformation across HR.
