This role is ideal for someone with an interest in technology, data and business processes who wants to develop a career in HR systems, people analytics and digital transformation. About the Role As a HR Data and Systems Apprentice, you''ll gain hands-on experience supporting our HR systems, data processes and payroll administration activities across the Group. Working within a supportive HR team, you''ll help ensure our systems and data are accurate, efficient and user-friendly. You''ll support a range of activities including: HR Systems and Process Improvement Supporting and maintaining HR systems, including Cascade and Hayley Perform. Creating workflows, automated reminders and approval processes. Building forms, templates and system screens. Identifying opportunities to improve and automate HR processes.
