HR Data and Systems Administrator

Sounds great, what will I be doing? In this role, you will support the effective management of Hestia''s HR systems and people data, ensuring organisational structures, jobs, posts and reporting lines are accurately maintained within ResourceLink. Working closely with HR colleagues and HR Business Partners, you will provide high-quality workforce information to support organisational change and business needs. You will help maintain the accuracy and integrity of people data through regular audits, reporting and data quality improvements. The role will also involve producing HR reports, supporting the administration and development of ResourceLink, and helping to implement more efficient processes, workflows and automation across the HR function. You will play an important part in providing workforce insights, supporting managers and HR colleagues with organisational structure information, and ensuring all data is managed in line with data protection requirements and organisational policies.
