HR Data and AI HR Project Manager

Bristol MBDA is accelerating the structure and deployment of HR data and AI initiatives to support business transformation and strategic workforce decisions. Operating in an on-premise, heavily governed IT environment across four countries (France, UK, Germany, Italy), the HR Data and AI Office drives initiatives where data security, employee privacy, and social dialogue are as critical as delivery speed.Salary: Circa £ 60,000 - £72,000 depending on experienceDynamic (hybrid) working: 1 day per week on-siteSecurity Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenshipRestrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply.
