HR Data Analyst
HR Data Analyst - Leeds (Hybrid) - Up to £45K A globally recognised legal firm is looking to bring an HR Data Analyst on board at their Leeds office The position operates on a hybrid basis, with three days per week in the office. Sitting within the HR function, the HR Data Analyst will take ownership of workforce data analysis, streamlining reporting processes, and championing data-led decision making - all while supporting the day-to-day running of the Workday system. Key requirements: Minimum one year''s experience in HR Data, People Analytics or HR MI. Strong HR systems experience combined with HR reporting and data analysis. Workday Payroll experience is essential. Exposure to SQL, PowerBI and tableau is advantageous. A relevant degree, such as Computer Science or Mathematics, is desirable. Key responsibilities the HR Data Analyst will have: Manage the effective operation of HR technology, ensuring systems continue to meet business needs. Troubleshoot and resolve HR system and data-related problems, working with relevant teams to deliver appropriate fixes. Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and help deliver system developments from initial design through to testing and launch. Participate in HR systems projects, including implementations, enhancements and platform upgrades. Monitor HR information to ensure data is complete, consistent and accurate.
