Evolve are working in partnership with a leading Ophthalmology organisation who are looking to appoint a HR Coordinator to their team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the full range of HR and recruitment administrative tasks, ensuring these are delivered accurately and on time. This is a full-time opportunity to work from our clients office in West Sussex.

Ideal Requirements for the HR Coordinator
- Ideally, you’ll have a business qualification with a specialisation in human resources.
- Previous experience working in HR, including recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration is desirable.
- Collaborates well with colleagues, develops good relationship with them and shares knowledge and insights openly.
- Possess a good understanding of current employment law and HR best practice.
- Highly organised with excellent to detail.
Role Responsibilities for the HR Coordinator
- Liaise with recruiting manager and HR Partner regarding vacancies, appropriate advertisement channels and selection methods.
- Assist managers in dealing with basic requests and issues relating to maternity, absence, flexible working applications, parental leave and annual leave.
- Ensure master data in various CRM systems is correct and complete regular audits to verify, following u on any discrepancies.
- Coordinator Health and Safety programmes across the company.
