HR Coordinator

Are you an organised HR professional who enjoys variety? Our client is a respected international business looking for an HR Coordinator to join their International HR team. You ll be at the heart of the employee journey across the UK, Europe and Asia, from recruitment and onboarding through to payroll, benefits and day-to-day HR administration. What you ll be doing Managing recruitment end to end: posting vacancies, screening candidates, holding first-stage interviews, arranging schedules and issuing offer letters and contracts Leading onboarding and induction for all new starters, plus exit interviews for leavers Preparing and managing outsourced monthly payroll for the UK and European markets Administering benefits across the UK and European markets. Keeping employee records and HR systems up to date and GDPR-compliant, and producing monthly headcount and recruitment reports What you ll need A degree plus at least 1 year of HR experience, or 5+ years of progressive HR experience Previous payroll processing experience; European payroll and benefits experience is a big plus CIPD qualified or part qualified is preferred Experience with ADP and SuccessFactors is desirable, along with strong Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, especially under deadline pressure About you A skilled multi-tasker who stays calm in a fast-paced environment A confident communicator who can build relationships at every level, up to Director and ..... full job details .....
