Our client is a respected international business looking for an HR Coordinator to join their International HR team. You’ll be at the heart of the employee journey across the UK, Europe and Asia, from recruitment and onboarding through to payroll, benefits and day-to-day HR administration. What you’ll be doing Managing recruitment end to end: posting vacancies, screening candidates, holding first-stage interviews, arranging schedules and issuing offer letters and contracts Leading onboarding and induction for all new starters, plus exit interviews for leavers Preparing and managing outsourced monthly payroll for the UK and European markets Administering benefits across the UK and European markets.
