HR Coordinator (Part-Time, 4 days per week)London (Hybrid Working, 2 days in the office 2 from home) 30,000 pro rataWe are partnering with a well-established and respected organisation to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their HR team on a part-time (4 day a week) basis.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid HR administration experience who enjoys working across the full employee lifecycle and delivering an excellent employee experience., who is looking for long term career development and progression.The RoleAs HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR function, acting as a first point of contact for HR queries and ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.Key responsibilities include:Acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queriesSupporting end-to-end recruitment processesCoordinating onboarding, inductions, and probation reviewsMaintaining and updating HR systems, and records (starters, leavers, absence, training, etc.)Assisting with payroll data collation and changesSupporting employee benefits administrationManaging leaver processes, including exit interviewsAssisting with internal communications and engagement initiativesSupporting HR projects and audit preparationAbout You2-3 years'' HR administration experienceStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailConfident handling sensitive and confidential informationEffective communicator with a ..... full job details .....
