      <description>Location: Exeter | Salary: 10000-500000 Hourly | Type: Permanent | HR Coordinator  Salary: £14.18 - £16.37 p/h Temporary (3-month assignment, likely to be extended) Location: Exeter Full time, 35.25 hours per week Start Date: ASAP  Reed is currently seeking a proactive and experienced HR Coordinator / Generalist for a client based in Exeter. This temporary role is an excellent opportunity for an individual who can hit the ground running, offering a potential extension beyond the initial 3-month period. The position requires a strong knowledge of HR practices. Day-to-day of the role:  Implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Forge strong relationships across the organisation to ensure a seamless HR service. Handle various HR projects and responsibilities with a generalist scope. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.  Required Skills and Qualifications:  Strong generalist HR experience. Experience is preferred over formal qualifications, though CIPD is desirable. Must be able to adapt quickly and effectively in a dynamic environment.
