HR Coordinator4 days a week- fully office based An opportunity has arisen for a capable HR Coordinator to join a small, busy business in a broad, hands-on HR role.Reporting into the Managing Director, you''ll be the main point of contact for HR across the organisation, supporting both office-based and operational employees. This standalone role covers the full employee lifecycle and is well suited to someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and working closely with managers and staff at all levels.What you''ll be doingProviding day-to-day HR guidance and responding to employee and manager queriesManaging starters, leavers, contracts, and HR records in line with UK legislationOverseeing absence management, including return-to-work discussionsRunning recruitment activity from advertising through to onboardingSupporting disciplinary, grievance, performance, and capability processesLiaising with external HR advisors when requiredPromoting a positive workplace culture and supporting engagement initiativesCoordinating training, inductions, and maintaining the training matrixPreparing and submitting accurate payroll informationSupporting HR projects and occasional Health and Safety administrationWhat we''re looking forExperience in a generalist HR roleExperience working in an SME or operational environmentConfident supporting both office and operational teamsGood working knowledge of UK employment lawExperience with employee relations and payroll administrationStrong IT skills ..... full job details .....
