      <description>Location: Wandsworth | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Our client is looking for a HR Coordinator to play a crucial role in delivering a responsive, professional, and compliant HR service across their business. This position will be responsible for onboarding employees, reviewing right to work and arranging for DBS to take place. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly desirable. Day-to-day of the role:   Employee Lifecycle and Compliance:  Register and onboard employees in accordance with company procedures. Conduct security vetting, including ID checks, DBS applications, overseas checks, and references. Prepare employment contracts, variations, and confirmation letters. Process leavers and ensure accurate updates across HR systems.    HR Advisory and Employee Support:  Respond to HR queries from employees, managers, clients, and external partners. Provide guidance to managers on HR best practices and first-stage ER matters. Attend welfare, investigation, and disciplinary meetings in an advisory capacity, taking formal notes. Manage sickness administration, medical certification, and liaise with payroll regarding SSP.
