Portfolio HR and Reward are proudly working with a global organisation specialising in the media and entertainment space, who are seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis; with the potential for an assignment extension. Job Title: HR CoordinatorJob Type: TemporaryDuration: 3 monthsLocation: Central LondonWorking Pattern: Full-time, 4 days onsite and 1 day working remotelyAnnual Salary: 35,000- 38,000 Start Date: Immediately Responsibilities Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems.Support the full employee lifecycle activity including contracts, promotions, transfers and leavers.Assist with payroll administration, benefits and HR reporting.Provide first-line HR advice and administrative support to managers and employees.Ensure HR processes comply with employment legislation and company policies. Essential Criteria Must have experience with using the system SAP in a similar role.Must have experience with using the system SuccessFactors in a similar role.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Packages.CIPD qualification or working towards this is desirable.Ability to be onsite 4 days per week in the Central London office.
