Join The King s Trust as an HR Coordinator and play a vital role in delivering a seamless, high-quality employee experience that directly supports our mission to empower young people. Sitting within our People and Learning team, you ll be at the heart of the employee lifecycle - ensuring every interaction, from onboarding to leaving, is handled with accuracy, care and efficiency. Your work will underpin our ability to have the right people in the right roles at the right time, enabling meaningful impact where it matters most. In this fast-paced shared services environment, you ll manage a broad range of HR processes and be a trusted first point of contact for colleagues across the organisation. You will: Deliver end-to-end employee lifecycle support, including contracts, changes and leaver processes Provide guidance on HR related queries such as; family leave, annual leave and sickness entitlements Maintain accurate HR data and systems (SAP SuccessFactors) with a strong focus on GDPR compliance Manage pre-employment checks and partner with payroll to ensure data accuracy and timeliness Provide responsive, high-quality support via the HR Help Desk and Volunteer Help Desk Conduct employee and volunteer vetting checks in line with safeguarding ..... full job details .....
