HR Coordinator

We''re recruiting for an HR Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Dartford. Reporting to the Senior HR member of the team, you''ll support them with the day-to-day running of the department.

Please note: this role is working full-time - Tuesday-Saturday. Please only apply if you can commit to this working pattern!

What You''ll Be Doing:

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
• Maintaining and updating employee records and HR systems accurately
• Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes
• Preparing HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and correspondence
• Assisting with recruitment administration where needed
• Being a friendly first point of contact for employee queries
• Handling information professionally and in line with data protection standards

What We''re Looking For:

• HR experience is desirable but not essential - we''re just as interested in your attitude and potential
• CIPD Level 3 or an HR/Business degree desirable but not essential
• Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail
• Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and happy to pick up new systems
• Able to juggle a busy workload and prioritise effectively
