Our client is seeking an organised and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their busy HR team on a full-time basis with hybrid working.This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working with people, managing processes and ensuring a positive employee experience.Whether you''re already working in HR or have strong administrative experience and are looking to move into HR, this role offers excellent exposure across a broad range of people-related activities.Key Responsibilities:Provide first-line support for HR-related queries from employees and managersPrepare contracts, offer letters and employee documentationSupport onboarding and offboarding processesMaintain accurate employee records and HR systemsProcess HR changes and transactions accurately and efficientlyCoordinate recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and candidate communicationsSupport benefits and pension administrationAssist with HR reporting and employee data managementProvide administrative support for employee relations casesSupport learning and development administration through the organisation''s learning management systemThe Successful Candidate:Previous administration experience, ideally within HR or a people-focused environmentExperience using HR systems highly desirableStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyExcellent organisational and time management skillsExperience handling confidential information appropriatelyStrong ..... full job details .....
