HR Coordinator

Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for HR coordinator on behalf of our client based in Nottingham. The purpose of this role is to provide day to day HR comprehensive coordination and administration support to the organisation, in line with policy and procedures.

Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: -27,239 FTE
Contract type: Permanent

Main duties and responsibilities

• Support the HR Officer and Head of HR in developing and maintaining all administrative systems within the HR Function
• Ensure employee documentation is accurately updated in Cascade, Electronic Staff Files, and any other relevant databases
• Respond to external and internal enquiries from employees and management in a timely and professional manner
• Manage and respond to enquiries in the HR shared mailbox
• Support Managers with taking minutes at meetings with employees
• Assist in the production of specific HR reports e.g., Sickness absence, staff turnover and workforce demographics, quarterly commissioner reports
• Assist with policy reviews and amendments ensuring that the Policy and Governance Tracker is kept up to date

Person Specification

• CIPD qualified or working towards
• Experience of carrying out HR administration including processing sickness and leave records
• Ability to carry out recruitment and induction administration
• Experience of working with confidential information in line with Data Protection and GDPR regulations
• Upholding and promoting inclusion, equality and diversity in all areas of practice and performance
• Experience using HR Information system and ability to support employees use
• Experience using HR Information system and ability to support employees use
• Previous experience of working in an administrative role in a busy and complex environment
