Reporting to the Head of HR, you will provide a broad range of HR support across the business, working closely with managers, senior leaders and employees. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees. Support recruitment, selection and onboarding processes. Coordinate inductions and mandatory training for new starters. Advise and coach managers on employee relations, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters. Support reward and recognition initiatives. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR systems. Ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant with UK employment legislation.
