HR CoordinatorOffice based - WarwickshireFixed term contract - 6 months starting as soon as possible.We are looking for an organised and motivated HR Coordinator to support the delivery of a professional and efficient people service.Key responsibilities include:Coordinating all aspects of the employment lifecycle for an allocated client groupManaging recruitment administration, liaising with hiring managers and candidates, and arranging interviewsMaintaining accurate records on the Applicant Tracking System and HR Information System (HRIS)Administering contracts, contract changes, payroll instructions and pre-employment checksActing as a first point of contact for HR queries, escalating where appropriateProducing HR reports, processing invoices and supporting HR projectsUpdating HR documentation, intranet content and monthly LinkedIn postsAbout you:Experienced administrator in a busy environmentGCSE English Language (Grade C / Level 4 or equivalent)Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailConfident communicator with a professional and approachable mannerProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Able to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentialityDesirable:Previous HR administration or recruitment experienceExperience using an ATS and HRISInterest in HR career development (CIPD desirable)Knowledge of employment law or membership organisationsThis is a great opportunity to develop your HR skills within a fast-paced and supportive ..... full job details .....
