You will work closely with stakeholders across HR, Risk, Compliance and project teams to help ensure remediation activities are delivered effectively and in line with audit requirements.The role is ideally suited to a candidate who enjoys organisation, tracking actions, analysing information and working with a wide range of stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of remediation actions across a range of HR-related controls and processesMaintain project plans, trackers and action logs to ensure activities remain on scheduleMonitor progress, identify delays or gaps and escalate risks where appropriateAssist in translating control and compliance requirements into practical process improvementsPrepare status reports, updates and management information for stakeholdersCoordinate with business teams to gather information, documentation and evidenceEnsure remediation documentation is accurate, complete and audit-readySupport governance activities, including meetings, actions and progress ..... full job details .....
